Content on this website, including our blog, is general information only. It isn’t a diagnosis or personal medical advice and doesn’t create a dentist–patient relationship. Always speak to a qualified clinician about your own situation. If you have a dental emergency with spreading swelling or difficulty breathing or swallowing, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Online and phone bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient. Repeated missed appointments may affect future bookings.
4. Fees, estimates and insurance
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may change. Your treatment plan will include a written estimate before any treatment begins. Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan; we’ll help you check your benefits, but you remain responsible for any amount your insurer doesn’t pay. Payment plans are subject to approval and their own terms.
5. Online forms and communication
Please don’t send urgent or sensitive health details through the website contact form. We’ll use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
